(More customer reviews)I am not the sharpest leaf on the tree and had been out of college for more than ten years before picking up this book. The book is organized well and the information is easily understood. Each chapter begins with Learning Objectives, 3 Good reasons why you should care, and Making the case for organizational behavior that introduces the material in the chapter with describing a real organization. If you are serious about your education and want to learn something this book is designed exactly for that. The book has a free companion website for the student and an online instructor resource. The paperback is durable and the book easily fits into one hand. I am using this book for an online course and it is constantly being shoved in and out of my work bag and has held up well. Pleased with purchase.
