(More customer reviews)The book shipping was good I received it a day earlier than the date shown. However I really needed the CD but it was broken into two pieces. This really made it difficult to do homework because I need the files. This was the only problem with the book because there was no indication that the CD was broken if I would have known that i probably wouldn't have bought it. The description just mentioned that it included a CD but in the description of the seller there was no indication that the CD was broken it just said the book was in good condition.
