He covers his topics very well, just as in the book, covering many different parts of animal nutrition across the different forms of domestic animal life. A must read for anyone with pets, to better understand what their diets should entail.

It explains the interrelation of soil type, moisture and the macro- and micronutrients to successfully grow pkants. Even organic growers should know these fundamentals: the plants need the nutrients however they get them.
