This provides a great introduction to the concepts of Strategic Planning, Enterprise Systems Architecture and Business Analsysis.
Although "Information Engineering" is out of fashion, the philosophy and general approach remains extremely relevant today.
If you are starting in IT Strategy or Architecture, read this biik first and then go on to Edwin Tozer's book on Strategy for IT/IS to fill in the blanks on techniques.
TOGAF can wait until later
