(More customer reviews)First of all, there is no justification for the price of this book. This is a $15 paperback at best. Unfortunately, the professors at any given educational facility seem to endorse this kind of rip-off. Aside from giving a basic overview of the laws with regard to Human Resource Management, this book lacks any meaningful or valueable information. Much of the information presented is obvious and poorly supported. To get a basic understanding of HR Management, as this book presents, I would recommend finding a much cheaper alternative.
