(More customer reviews)As a newcomer to merchandising, I found this book's explanations of key terminology and tips on merchandise planning to be very helpful. The math, however, was entirely too simplistic to be of much use. This book contains an entire chapter on how to use a calculator. If you're looking for a good general overview of the field, this is a good book. But anyone with an elementary education should already know the math.
