(More customer reviews)This is not a style guide, like many of the technical writing books on the market. It is a slim book, but very cleary explains everything you need to know to be an excellent, professional technical writer - not just the writing, but project plannig, getting information from the engineers, creating style guides, etc.
Its only shortcoming is that it is not up-to-date for online and html help developments. Maybe in a future edition...
