(More customer reviews)Stenerson's book is an exellent introduction to the subject of Programmable Logic Controllers. He uses several of the major brands in his discussion of automation. The book is not designed to make one fluent with one particular PLC, but rather to give one basic knowledge which is applicable to all brands of PLCs.
I teach PLCs at a technical college and have been using Stenerson's book for the last couple years - what a great text. Although its somewhat expensive, I feel that it is a great value.
